While individual prices vary by subject matter, a DVDís cost at full retail can generally be recouped in 2-6 appliances.
Individual titles may be ordered but substantial discounts apply to set purchases. We ask that you either call us or supply us with your phone number(s) so that we may call you to discuss your particular needs and thereby offer you the best pricing available. We do not sell our mailing lists or clientís phone numbers to any other companies and they are kept confidential. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Tyler Orthodontics
accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal or company checks. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. Tennessee orders must add sales tax.

We make every attempt to work with anyone desiring to purchase our DVDs and
do offer some financing options. Financed orders require a credit check and additional forms. Please call for details.
Shipping charges are added to all orders. Charges shown here are for
domestic (U.S.) orders only.
All others see Foreign Orders below for details. Most credit card orders are shipped within 2-3 days via insured first class priority or postal air mail and require a signature upon delivery. Orders prepaid by check require additional time for check processing before shipping. We make every effort to keep all titles in stock and will notify by phone or e-mail if a title must be backordered. In that case, we will also provide the anticipated delivery time.

$ 500.01 - $1,000.00 = $25.00
$ 1,000.01 - $1,500.00 = $30.00

All shipments are
made in NTSC (American) format. Shipping charges are added to all orders. Foreign shipping charges vary greatly and are computed for each order.

Foreign orders should allow additional time for delivery (usually no more than four to six weeks from date of order).
We use an independent duplication house and all
DVD shipments are warranted for a period of 30 days against defect at time of purchase. Defective DVDs will be replaced upon return. No refunds will be issued for defective DVDs In case of a defective DVD(s), you must call in order to receive a RMA (return material authorization) number and shipping instructions prior to returning. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will ship your replacement DVD and reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs (including appropriate insurance required) incurred for the return. Current duplication technology has forced us to choose a no return policy (other than for defective DVD replacement).
Inasmuch as we are selling education, the consumer has, in effect, received that education upon viewing the DVDs. We recommend reading the detailed DVD descriptions, testimonials and independent DVD reviews prior to purchase. We offer a 5-minute DVD demo to help the consumer make an informed choice. Customer references are also available upon request.
